The device can be equipped with CCD to replace the action of personnel scanning the material tray.
The label printed by the printer can be changed according to customer requirements.
The i-Stock system can integrate the information scanned by the personnel and the information obtained from the final measurement, store it in the equipment database and generate the reel ID, which is printed on the updated bar code for convenient post-production management.
The i-Stock system opens its own database to the EMS, which can obtain information about the tray through the reel ID.
The i-Stock system uploads the abnormal information during the measurement to the EMS and binds it to the generated reel ID to control the condition of each abnormal tray.
